Surgical Implants:
Align® Urethral Support System
Not all urethral slings are identical in their material or design, yet all are intended to achieve the same goal. The Align System includes a synthetic mesh sling that is uniquely knitted to provide exceptional strength and durability, assuring the support required for urethral tissues after implantation.
Once in place, the Align sling self-anchors into the tissues without a need for sutures or other types of anchoring devices. The bodys own tissues begin to grow into, and become part of, the mesh sling in a matter of days.
PelviLace® Implant
Our PelviLace® Implant is a urethral sling surgically implanted under the urethra. It's self-anchoring (which means it doesn't require stitches to stay in place), tension-free (which means it doesn't constrict the urethra), and is made of a natural material derived from porcine collagen. The porcine material is strong and naturally durable. The same tissue used to make PelviLace® Implant has been successfully implanted in other surgical applications in tens of thousands of patients worldwide.
Uretex® Implant
Uretex® Implant is a tension-free, self-anchoring sling made of a strong, durable, lightweight mesh fabric.
